Acquisitions Analyst
I work in development underwriting, lead zoning and entitlement diligence across dozens of jurisdictions, and draft LOI/PSA terms, including entitlement-period extensions.
Screened 500+ sites across 40+ markets and authored 20+ investment committee memos representing $200M+ in underwritten project cost. Submitted 10+ LOIs and supported negotiations from initial screening through offer.

Sold lease-accounting and administration software to commercial real estate owners and occupiers. Ran discovery calls and product demos around customer workflows.
My background is finance and real estate. Working inside an investment firm gives me direct exposure to the spreadsheets, reports, and repeated tasks that software can improve.
