People at PrimeSpace come to me every day with workflows that need fixing. I scope the problem, build the tool, and help them use it. My internal tools are used by 15+ team members, replacing manual processes and reducing third-party software spend. Below are three workflow tools and the firm-wide AI rollout.
Underwriting
Competitive pricing arrived in PDF reports. I built a pipeline that ingests those reports from OneDrive and produces structured comp data for the underwriting workflow.

Monthly property-manager financials need to be translated into the firm’s accounting format. I built a tool that maps CubeSmart spreadsheets into the internal journal-entry template.

I evaluated and deployed Claude Team across the firm, standardized workflows that worked, and trained teams to use them.

I work across development underwriting and firm-wide AI implementation. I lead zoning and entitlement diligence across dozens of jurisdictions and draft LOI/PSA terms, including entitlement-period extensions. I also build internal software and lead team adoption.
Screened 500+ sites across 40+ markets and authored 20+ investment committee memos representing $200M+ in underwritten project cost. Submitted 10+ LOIs and supported negotiations from initial screening through offer.

I use coding agents extensively. My role spans deciding what to build, defining the workflow, integrating systems, reviewing the result, and getting people to use it.
Feature.graph grew out of that development workflow. I’m building a way to keep product decisions and agent-generated changes visible as a project grows.
